Why uploads get rejected

Portals check the file size window, the pixel size and the format. A file that is too small is rejected just like one that is too large. Resize Baba lands inside the full window and reads the finished file back to prove it.

Photo tips

  • Recent colour photo, face centred, plain light background.
  • Sign with a dark pen on white paper, then photograph or scan it flat and crop tight.
  • Save as JPG. Rename the files only if the notice asks you to.
