About Resize Baba
Resize Baba is a set of free browser tools that get photos, signatures and PDFs to the exact size an online form asks for. Your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded, which is why it is safe for IDs and certificates.

Why it exists
Online forms reject files for small reasons: a few KB too big, a few KB too small, the wrong pixel size, the wrong format. Most tools only shrink a file until it is under the maximum. Resize Baba aims for the whole window a portal checks and reads the finished file back to prove it.
How your files are handled
Images and PDFs are processed in your browser using your own device. They are not sent to our servers and are not stored. The only things stored on our side are account details if you sign in, and plan information if you subscribe.
How sizes are checked
Exam and marketplace sizes come from the official notices where available and from several agreeing published guides otherwise. Where guides disagree, the page says so and uses the strictest common limits. The size list was last reviewed in 8 Oct 2026. The notice for your exam is always the final authority.
